Bichectomy
Bichectomy is a relatively easy alternative where the surgeon makes a small incision on the inside of the cheeks, near the fat bags, and once the surgeon localized, removes them and completes their extraction to then suture the wound.
The recovery can take up to 14 days, depending on the response of each person. During the first three days, a soft and cold diet is recommended, as well as avoiding and exposing yourself to the sun to avoid bleeding.
Once the bags are removed, the inflammation can be lost for 3 to 6 months, once the inflammation disappears the thinned face in the lower third of the face, giving a greater projection of the cheekbones and a more elongated appearance of the face.
